Low Income Public Housing

Low Income Public Housing allows eligible families and/or individuals to pay rent based on their adjusted annual income. The Housing Commission owns two developments to provide safe, affordable housing to residents.

Riverview Apartments is a 10 story high rise located downtown that has one bedroom apartments for the near-elderly, elderly, and/or disabled of any age.  The apartments are 575 square feet in size.

Pheasant Run is a 24 unit complex consisting of three and four bedroom family duplexes.  The duplexes range in size according to their floorplans from 1150 square feet to 1421 square feet.

All program participants are required to go through annual inspections. There are many other program requirements to be followed that will be reviewed in greater detail once a family or individual has been offered a unit or voucher.

If you have any questions, please contact the Housing Commission.
